✅ Step 1 – CRM Request & Internal Setup

Agents start the process by submitting a CRM request using the secure activation link:🔗 https://yourcrmhelp.com/activate_your_crm

Behind the scenes, our internal team creates a custom-branded CRM for the agent or agency — including personalized colors, logos, and settings.

We can create up to 50 fully branded systems per minute, if uploading agents in bulk and each setup is:

- Assigned a unique ticket # for tracking and notifications

- Connected to the agent’s custom phone number

- Submitted for A2P texting compliance

- Tested for full functionality


Once verified completion by the internal team, the agent's status is marked Done/Complete, and the system automatically triggers the next phase:

Sending the agent their welcome text and email with their unique CRM profile setup link.

Agents who do not complete all 4 steps will receive automated reminders via email and SMS.
